I’m a mum to four amazing kids, four bonus kids, and a very proud nan to five… and honestly, family has shaped everything about why I do what I do.

For years, I’ve watched women feel stuck in situations that slowly chip away at them… unhappy in relationships but staying because they can’t afford to leave, unhappy in jobs that drain them but feeling trapped by the pay cheque, or building a business they once loved while relying financially on a partner they’re no longer happy with.
And every time, it broke my heart… because no woman should feel like her choices are limited by money. 

I started my career as an accountant, doing tax returns and ticking the boxes, but I was always drawn to business improvement. I didn’t just want to report the numbers, I wanted to change them. What really got to me was seeing the same people come back year after year with the same problems… working hard, doing all the things, yet still not making money and having no idea how to fix it.

Eventually, I realised I couldn’t just sit there and watch anymore… so I started my own business with a very clear mission: to help women take control of their business and their finances, so money stops being the thing that runs their life.

And here’s the part I don’t hide… I’ve lived this myself.

I left my marriage and became a single mum, trying to figure out how to earn enough to support my family. Even as an accountant, it wasn’t easy. I learned the hard way. I worked ridiculous hours, juggled kids, clients and pure exhaustion… and at the end of every month, my bank account was still empty. All that effort, all that stress, and no freedom to show for it.

What I learned over time is this: making money and keeping it isn’t one magic fix. It’s a mix of mindset, systems, pricing, money management and confidence… and they’re all entwined. You can’t fix one and ignore the rest. You have to uplevel them step by step, in a way that actually works in real life, not just on paper.

The other big lesson… business is a team sport. I couldn’t do it on my own. I needed the right people around me at every level… my team inside the business, the experts above me guiding the way like coaches, accountants, legal and HR support, and the people beside me… my community. Partner, family, friends, peers, business besties. That combination is what creates strength, clarity and momentum.

That’s exactly how I’ve built my life, and it’s exactly how I support you.
